ARC

Anchor Response Coalition

Strength for the Storm

Hybrid disaster response organization aligned with ICS and federal & FEMA frameworks.

Mission

The Anchor Response Coalition exists to deploy credentialed behavioral health professionals, minor medical responders, and shelter surge teams into active disaster zones — filling critical gaps in federal and state response efforts.

ARC operates within the Incident Command System (ICS) to provide scalable, mission-ready support that integrates seamlessly with FEMA, emergency management agencies, and local partners. Our volunteers are trained, vetted, and credentialed to ensure every deployment meets federal standards.
